Is Novaluxia a Recruiting Scheme? The Claim, Separated From the Product

The most serious accusation against Novaluxia is not that the parcels are late. It is that the shop is a front and the real product is recruitment. Search Novaluxia scam and this is the line that comes back, usually as one sentence with nothing attached to it.

It is also the accusation people repeat with the least detail attached. So this page does two things: it lists what the platform actually publishes on the subject, and it shows the one question that answers the accusation for your own situation, regardless of what anyone concludes about the company.

Where the claim comes from#

The accusation is not invented from nothing. Three published features feed it:

• A levelled membership system. Accounts carry levels, and the levels have spending thresholds attached.
• An invitation structure. Accounts can invite others, and the app tracks that relationship.
• Reward language around both. The platform's own material describes benefits that attach to levels and to invited users.

If you have seen a structure with those three pieces before, you already know why alarm bells ring. That reaction is not unreasonable and we are not going to talk you out of it.

The question is whether the alarm bells describe the thing in front of you. That takes more than three bullet points.

What is actually published#

This part is checkable from the Novaluxia app, without buying anything.

The levels. Six of them, in order: Nova Start, then Basic, Plus, Prime, Pro and Elite. Advancement is tied to cumulative spending, with published thresholds at roughly ₱200, ₱2,000, ₱10,000, ₱20,000 and ₱50,000 for the steps above the entry level.

Read that list again as a shopper rather than as an investigator. To reach the top level you would have to spend on the order of ₱50,000 of your own money inside one shopping app. Whatever else that is, it is not a structure you can climb for free.

The catalogue. The things you can actually buy are physical goods with prices, plus vouchers. The Novaluxia PH web store and the in-app mall list them the same way any shop does, under the four headings the platform's own front page uses: Beauty Tech, Skincare, Lifestyle and Smart Living. The group-buy side runs live campaigns with published odds, including the draw type where 100 people enter and one wins, which we have documented separately because it surprises people. The platform's own material names the four steps of that flow: join, countdown, draw, win an item or a point. The rules line on a product page caps purchases at 5 products per day at each price.

The invitation side. It exists, it is published, and it rewards bringing in other accounts. We will not pretend otherwise. The screens are plain about the mechanics: the team page is searchable by Member ID, and the invite screen issues a QR code and an invitation code with buttons to copy the referral link or the code itself.

What we will not reproduce, and why#

The platform also publishes tables showing what higher levels and larger teams earn, in percentages and tiers.

We are not reproducing them. They are published, not secret; we are skipping them because copying an income table onto a page titled "is this a scheme" is exactly how a fan site turns into a recruiting page, and because nobody's decision should rest on a percentage a platform printed about itself.

The rule we hold to across this site: we do not carry the platform's income claims. That includes the ones aimed at new users. If you want those numbers, they are in the app, published by the party that benefits from you believing them.

The question that actually settles it for you#

Ignore the company for a moment. Ask this about your own position:

Where does my money go when I hand it over, and what do I get back that is not money from another person?

Three honest answers exist on this platform:

• I bought a physical item at a group-buy price. I receive goods, or I do not and I have a claim.
• I redeemed points for a voucher I will use. I receive a voucher. Nothing about that depends on another person joining.
• I paid an entry fee for a draw. I bought a 1-in-100 chance and I know the unwon reward before I pay.

Every one of those transactions terminates in something that is not another participant's deposit. That is the structural difference that matters, and you can verify it yourself in a single session without trusting anybody's blog, including this one.

What we are not saying#

We are not saying Novaluxia is legit, and we are not saying it is a scam. Both statements require proof we do not have, and one of them requires a legal judgement that belongs to a regulator.

What we can say is this: the recruitment structure is real and published; the shopping structure is also real and published; and the two coexist. Anyone who tells you only one of those exists is selling you something. The person shouting "pure scam" and the person shouting "totally legit, join now" are running the same play from opposite ends. Nearly every is Novaluxia legit thread we have read does the same thing: it picks one of the two structures and argues as if the other were not there.
